Personal use — free
A free lifetime licence is for your own personal, non-business use. Verify your email to receive a key. It covers one person on up to three Macs and includes future CozyZip updates.
Commercial use — US$5 once per person
Work for a business or organisation requires a commercial licence. Pay US$5 once for one person on up to three Macs, including future CozyZip updates. Each person needs their own licence; this is not a company-wide purchase.
Suggested contribution
US$5 is the suggested contribution. Personal use can remain free. Commercial use has a US$5 minimum. No subscription is required.
Email and activation
Use the verification link for a free licence, or complete Paddle checkout for a commercial licence. Your welcome email contains your key and a short prompt for setting up Terminal and MCP.
Paste the full key into CozyZip → Settings → Licence. Inspection, help and version information do not need a licence. Archive creation and extraction require one, including through the command line and MCP.
The app contacts the licensing service for activation and licence checks. Archive processing stays on your Mac. News emails are optional, and unsubscribing from news does not cancel your licence.
Lost key or changed Mac?
